Tracking
It is on the top right of your shipping receipt, and in the message we sent when the shipment was booked. Ours are 22 digits, usually printed in groups of four. If you bought from a seller who shipped with us, ask them for it.
Two common reasons. First, a transposed digit. Second, the shipment has been booked but not yet collected, so there is no scan against it. Numbers usually go live within a few hours of pickup. If a day passes with nothing, contact us and we will look it up by reference.
On standard ground freight a shipment can sit on a scheduled line haul without a scan between terminals. Long gaps are normal mid-route. On an ocean vehicle booking, expect no scans at all for a week or more while the vessel is at sea. A gap after arrival at the destination terminal is not normal, so tell us if you see one.
Because anyone holding the tracking number can open the page, and some of those numbers are guessed rather than given. We show city-level details to everyone and unlock the rest with the destination postal code, or the last four digits of the receiver phone number.
Yes. Subscribe on the tracking page with an email address or phone number and we send a message each time the status changes. We do not use those details for anything else.
